Job Description

The role entails primarily asset management, business planning and internal strategic initiatives / assignments for business transformation and optimization. Specific responsibilities would be :

Asset Management & Business Planning

• To review the annual operating plan and the long range plan for the project / asset being managed by factoring in timelines, including approvals, launch, and construction, market sentiment in terms of pricing, structure of land related payments, pay out to private equity partner etc., with aim of efficient cashflow management and ensure adherence to key financial objectives of PBT, NPV, IRR etc. over the life cycle
• Determine the key performance indicators for the project for the year and periodic review of actual performance with respect to these
• Risk Management and Scenario analysis for optimising the business plan
• Drive all cross functional and key business decisions related to the asset
