Travel Coordinator

Key Responsibility.

Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings (flights, trains, and local transportation).

Handle hotel bookings sourcing, comparing, and negotiating the best options.

Process and monitor visa applications including documentation, submission, and embassy coordination.

Manage arrival formalities and requirements for international travelers.

Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional HODs for travel and administrative requirements.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports on travel, accommodation, and employee movement.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and reimbursements for audit and compliance.

Requirements

Knowledge of visa and travel formalities of different countries.

Skills in documentation, verification, and application submission.

Ability to monitor and track visa applications.

Experience in hotel booking and price comparison.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
