Key Responsibilities

  • Lead P&L, operations, and business development for the assigned region.
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams (sales, service, ops).
  • Ensure compliance, cost control, and alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Analyze regional trends, competitor activity, and channel performance to inform decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute preferred.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-location operations and large teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in scaling business in dynamic, high-growth environments.
