Middleware Administrator ( SME)

Preferred experience 6+ years (L3 Support)

We are seeking a knowledgeable Middleware Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the architecture, deployment, and management of our middleware technologies. As a Middleware operations SME, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization&aposs application ecosystem by providing operational support, ensuring system stability, and working closely with development, infrastructure and security teams to ensure smooth operations of middleware component. You&aposll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize integrations, resolve issues, and provide guidance on middleware best practices.

• Lead the design and architecture of middleware solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and technical requirements
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to create reliable and scalable middleware architectures
• Develop documentation, architectural diagrams, and best practice guidelines
• Implement automation scripts for deployment, configuration management, and monitoring using tools like Ansible or Puppet
• Middleware Administrator supports and documents the installation, configuration, capacity planning, upgrading, problem resolution and debugging of all middleware product environments
• Coordinates environment configuration activities to ensure integration and alignment with other IT technology, processes, systems, applications, and environments
• Document middleware platforms and related infrastructure as directed with respect to functionality, maintenance and administration
• Install and configure server operating systems, enterprise software and middleware services, including settings, directories, storage, in accordance with standards and project / operational requirements m
• Provides technical support and guidance (level 3) to end-users, and other IT resources
• Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and be a good team player
