Role : Middleware Administrator - DSU (Digital Security Utility) / MFA (RSA) / SSO (Siteminder)
Location : Offshore / India
We are seeking a skilled Middleware Administrator with hands-on experience in Digital Security Utility (DSU), Multifactor authentication setup, Vulnerability remediation work.
Technical Skills :
- Proven experience with DSU (Digital Security Utility) in enterprise environments, including encryption and secure data handling.
- Experience in Multifactor Authentication (RSA Secure ID) administration, deployments, tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Single Sign-on (SiteMinder) administration, deployments, tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with middleware security best practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
- Experience in Vulnerability Scans, Remediation, Vulnerability management strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Vulnerability remediation and mitigation approach for complex issues
- Support IT, infrastructure and infrastructure security efforts where possible
- Proficiency in scripting (Shell, WLST, Python) for automation and monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer and maintain Digital Security Utility (DSU) components for secure data transmission, encryption, and authentication.Knowledge on SSO system with a trust relationship between the identity provider which authenticates the user, and the applications.Manage and support Oracle Documaker environments for automated document generation and workflow integration.Deploy, configure, and monitor applications on Oracle WebLogic Server, including clustering and load balancing.Perform middleware upgrades, patching, and performance tuning across all supported platforms.Implement and enforce security protocols, including SSL / TLS, digital certificates, and secure key management.Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.Monitor system health, logs, and s to proactively identify and resolve issues.Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and SOPs.Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planningInstallation and Configuration : Installing and configuring middleware software and components according to business requirements and best practices.Management : Managing various layers of middleware software, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades.Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Identifying and resolving technical issues related to middleware infrastructure.Security : Implementing and maintaining security configurations and protocols for middleware environments.Documentation : Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for middleware platforms, processes, and procedures.Collaboration : Working with developers, other administrators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and integration.Performance Monitoring : Monitoring server and system performance and taking action to optimize performance.Continuous Improvement : Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.DevOps and Agile Practices : Aligning middleware operations with DevOps and Agile principles and contributing to automation of middleware-related tasks.Cloud Migration : Providing expertise and support for migration to cloud environments.Qualification :
Education qualification : Graduate B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.Certification Preferred :
Oracle Certified Professional – WebLogic ServerSecurity certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+Oracle Documaker Implementation Specialist
