Role : Director Sales
Location – Noida / Gurgaon
Experience – 15 to 20 years in Real Estate Sales
With ambitious expansion plans, the client is looking for dynamic Directors – Sales to lead their growing operations in Noida and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of 15–20 years in real estate sales, preferably in channel partner firms , with expertise in handling luxury residential and commercial projects. The candidate must have at least 10 years of team-handling experience with strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations for luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida / Gurgaon.
- Build, mentor, and manage a large sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and HNI clients.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and channel partner management.
- Ensure smooth execution of transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies.
- Represent company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
Skills & Qualifications
