Sales & Marketing Manager – GT / MT

What you’ll own

• Manage GT & MT distributor / retailer relationships.
• Plan and execute trade activations, merchandising, and in‑store marketing.
• Monitor sales by region, channel, retailer; feed insights back into marketing & supply chain.
• Coordinate with marketing for local promotions, shopper activations.
• Forecast demand and manage stock across channels.
• Track sales growth, distributor margin, trade spend ROI, and market share.

Qualification & Experience & Skills :

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree minimum; prefer Business / Commerce / Marketing / Economics / Engineering. Master’s / MBA / relevant certifications add weight.
