We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Manager – Network L3 to lead and manage network support operations within our IT Infrastructure team. The role involves providing advanced technical support, managing critical incidents, and ensuring the stability and performance of enterprise network systems. The candidate will play a key role in driving service improvements, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage L3 network support operations.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex network issues (LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPNs).
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Work with vendors and cross-functional teams for escalations and upgrades.
- Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide support engineers in network troubleshooting and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvements in monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
8–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure with strong focus on network support.Expertise in enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and ITSM processes.Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) preferred.#teceze
