Senior Specialist Technology Transformation [T500-20253]

Team Overview :

Practices and Enablement Team :

Connecting people to the broader Digital, Analytics and Technology (DAT) mission through shared practices and ways of working, targeted locally and scaling globally where it matters the most.

Key Responsibilities :

Support Project Planning and Execution :

You will plan for and coordinate the activities needed to execute new processes and standards. This will include communication, ongoing support and measurement of complex and strategic processes / focus areas.

Support Roll-out, Training and Support :

You will

support and manage planning and development of the training, roll-out plan, and communications to ensure success of the processes / focus areas. This includes communication, change management, support, and measurement of the change to contribute to transformational success.

Support Requirements Definition and Documentation :

Plan and support requirements and standards definition for new processes. You will document and define requirements gathering approach, as well as translate stakeholder requirements into various deliverables, including clear documentation for leaders to reference and utilize.

Change management and enablement :

Serve as a change analyst when needed to help set teams up for success related to ways of working changes. Drive adoption across all levels of the organization.

Analysis and Insights : Help drive strategy and analysis and understanding of current state and desired to-be state of a focus area / workstream. You will provide actionable insights and practical recommendations on the problem to be solved and the impact and value of potential solutions, including spotting trends and identifying key drivers.

Requirements :

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

2+ years of professional technical experience with in one or more of the following areas with demonstrated progression of responsibilities :

Technology roles (e.g., technology program management, technology product management, engineering)

Business analyst or business system analyst

1+ years technical project management, process design and implementation, or related experience, including agile methodologies

Technology process design and development

Agile technology delivery, Business analysis and Change management

Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of cross-functional team members and influence without authority.

Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.

Strong business and technology acumen

Organizational agility

Preferred :

Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
