Requirements and Qualifications :
- Graduate in Electronics
- 8-11 years’ experience in sales &marketing of electrical / Industrial electronics products.
- Should have experience working with OEM, EPCs, and CPMs & End users.
- Good communication Skills.
- Good Presentation Skills
- Fluency in MS office- Word, Excel, PPTs.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities :
Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales target in the assigned region.Visiting existing / potential customers & consultants on a regular basis.Negotiate / close sales & handle complaints.Perform regular status review & propose recovery / redirection plans, wherever required.To identify & drives the development of new Sales opportunities in the designated market & ensure know how sharing & cross collaboration.To arrange training programs & presentation to key customers & consultants in the region.Establish & maintain healthy relationship with customer & channel partner.Product approval from OEM, Consultants & utilities.Daily & monthly MIS reporting using CRM.Lead Sales Team in the Region.
