Role Overview
As a
Business Development Partner
, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, developing recruitment partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll operate as an independent business partner with full ownership of your pipeline and client relationships, supported by our delivery and recruitment teams.
This is an opportunity for professionals with entrepreneurial drive who want to grow with a scalable, transparent, and rewarding model.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients requiring recruitment and staffing support (India & international markets).
Build strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure quality delivery.
Negotiate business terms, finalise agreements, and ensure successful client onboarding.
Track, report, and grow your portfolio with measurable business outcomes.
Work closely with leadership to contribute to the company’s strategic expansion.

Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience in
Business Development, Recruitment, or HR Consulting
(min. 2–5 years preferred).
Strong network and client connections within India or international markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and long-term collaboration.
Self-driven professionals or independent consultants ready to work on a
