Role Purpose
The Global Sales & OEM Head will lead Euronics' international business expansion, overseeing global sales, channel management, and OEM partnerships. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across regions, building strong international distributor and OEM networks, and ensuring Euronics' products are globally competitive and compliant. The position demands strategic vision, hands-on sales leadership, and deep collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable global growth.
Key Responsibilities 1. Global Business Strategy & Expansion
- Develop and execute Euronics' international sales and export growth strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish business in high-potential regions and product segments.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business decisions.
2. OEM Development
Build and manage long-term partnerships with global OEM clients in hygiene automation and allied sectors.Collaborate with R&D and NPD teams to develop customized OEM solutions.Negotiate contracts and long-term supply agreements ensuring profitability and scalability.3. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
Drive the complete sales cycle — lead generation, prospecting, deal closure, and retention.Leverage digital tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, RocketReach, etc.) and trade shows to build pipeline.Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.4. Channel & Partner Management
Appoint, onboard, and manage global distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.Maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and facility managers worldwide.Oversee pricing policies, performance reviews, and dispute resolution for partners.5. Customer Experience & Retention
Implement structured after-sales and service support for international clients.Oversee warranty management, complaint resolution, and spare parts distribution.Track satisfaction KPIs (NPS, response rate, retention) to ensure customer loyalty.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with New Product Development (NPD), R&D, and manufacturing for certification and product adaptation to meet regional requirements (CE, WRAS, UL, BIS, GCC).Partner with finance for export documentation, LC handling, and trade compliance.Coordinate with logistics and PPC for timely global deliveries.7. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate sales dashboards, forecasts, and market reports.Ensure adherence to INCOTERMS, export documentation, and international trade laws.Represent Euronics at global exhibitions, OEM trade fairs, and buyer-seller meets.8. Team Leadership
Build, train, and lead an international sales and OEM team.Conduct performance evaluations and foster a high-performance, target-driven culture.Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record in international business development, OEM, or export sales.Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of export documentation, logistics, and compliance.Technical understanding of hygiene automation, sanitaryware, or related sectors preferred.Willingness to travel extensively across international markets.Skills Required
