About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support our ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly skilled in Workday HCM, and comfortable working during US night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Handle business process configuration, security setup, integrations, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies.
