Description : Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain

Workday integrations

using

EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP / REST) .

Configure and manage

calculated fields, XSLT / XML transformations, and integration strategies .

Perform

data conversions, migrations, and interface development

between Workday and external systems.

Write and review

technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews .

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.

Provide

technical support for Workday modules , including troubleshooting integration issues.

Build and support

APIs and middleware integrations

with third-party HR systems (Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, etc.).

Participate in

HR transformation projects

involving Workday and other ERP systems.

Support

HR reporting needs

using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.

Stay updated on

Workday releases, enhancements, and industry best practices .
