Job description

3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application

Implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and any related business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment

End to end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for 100 countries

Working with technical team to modify the fast formulas or SQLs based on the country specific requirements

Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT

Working with Data team to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables

Working closely with technical team in case of any issues reported during or post annual campaign

Also providing support on WFA related issues
