Amgen is seeking a dedicated Manager – Project Management to join the India PMO team . This critical role supports the successful activation and operation of Amgen India by managing cross-functional programs and facilitating effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams , ensuring accurate understanding of project requirements and clear communication.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain alignment with program goals, schedules, and budgets .
• Enforce adherence to PMO governance frameworks , processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards .
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication and manage risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyze data to support informed decision-making and provide timely progress updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate team meetings , promote clarity on deliverables, and enhance cross-functional communication.
• Proactively identify risks , assess their impact, and execute mitigation plans .
• Track and report project performance , maintain accurate documentation, and drive initiatives to successful closure.
