Role & responsibilities
- To understand clients business & provide appropriate working capital solutions across Fund.
- Generate leads by identifying potential industrial areas / trading units & prepare strategies to increase the Banks penetration in those areas.
- Meet customer service requirements through regular interactions with the customers to understand business condition, enhancement opportunity, etc.
- Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance.
- Maintain existing and acquire new SME clients for the bank.
- Create proposals for clients with 50cr to 250 Cr portfolio size.
- Manage the relationship with the customers by growing the book size.
