BDW International School is seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori educators to join our dynamic learning community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Montessori-based curriculum for children aged 3–6 years
• Prepare and maintain Montessori materials and an engaging, child-friendly classroom environment
• Observe each child’s development, maintain accurate records, and provide individualized support
• Support independence and self-directed learning based on Montessori principles
• Work closely with co-teachers / assistants to ensure smooth daily routines
• Collaborate with parents by sharing progress updates, Montessori philosophy, and classroom practices
