Job Summary :
The Learning & Development professional will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and implementing learning initiatives, and driving organizational capability enhancement. The role will focus on employee development, leadership programs, and continuous improvement to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess organizational and individual learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and learning interventions.
- Drive capability-building programs for leadership, managerial, and functional development.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align L&D strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage training budgets, vendor partnerships, and e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain a learning calendar and ensure smooth execution of all training sessions.
- Implement digital learning solutions and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Track and report on learning progress, participation, and outcomes.
