Position Overview
We're excited to welcome a motivated L&D Intern to our Learning & Development team. This entry-level internship is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to dive into the world of talent development, training design, and employee upskilling. You'll shadow experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and build practical skills in creating impactful learning experiences. This is a 3-6 month internship opportunity and potential for extension or full-time offers.

Key Responsibilities
Support the design and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and online modules focused on skill-building and professional growth.
Help develop learning materials, such as slides, infographics, and quizzes, using accessible tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides.
Assist in conducting learner needs analysis through surveys and interviews to pinpoint development gaps.
Organize virtual or in-person training events, handling registrations, reminders, and post-session evaluations.
Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., engagement rates, knowledge retention) and compile simple reports in tools like Google Sheets.
Collaborate with HR partners and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives.
Contribute to special initiatives, like new hire onboarding or soft skills workshops.
Explore L&D trends by attending internal sessions or online resources to spark fresh ideas.

Qualifications & Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Genuine passion for learning and development, with any exposure to training or education a bonus.
Solid interpersonal skills to connect with teams and learners at all levels.
Proficiency in basic digital tools; no advanced experience required.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with e-learning basics (e.g., Moodle or LinkedIn Learning).
Interest in graphic design or multimedia creation.
Enrollment in relevant certifications (e.g., Google for Education or basic HR courses).
