Job Overview :

Own end-to-end HR operations : hiring, onboarding, attendance / HRMS, policy roll-outs, basic payroll inputs, and engagement—ensuring smooth people operations for a growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews
• Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS / attendance & leave records
• Prepare basic payroll inputs and maintain employee files
• Implement HR policies; support employee engagement & culture
• Create weekly HR reports / MIS in Google Sheets

Requirements : Bachelor’s degrees

1.5–2+ years of HR / TA / generalist experience
