Role Overview :

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Internal Job Posting (IJP) processes and supporting overall recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract both internal and external talent.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Managing IJP processes and ensuring policy compliance.
• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.
• Coordinating interviews and background verifications.
• Maintaining trackers and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
