Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the Sales function in the West region. The role involves coordination across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting field teams.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HRBP for interview scheduling and candidate shortlisting.
- Support offer release, pre-joining formalities, and background verification.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new joiners in the sales function.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Maintain employee master data, records, and trackers for the West Sales team.Assist with leave, attendance, and payroll-related inputs for the region.Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.Employee Engagement & Support
Organize and coordinate regional employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries from sales employees.Escalate employee concerns / issues to the HRBP when necessary.Compliance & Reporting
Support HRBP with data collation, dashboards, and monthly HR reports.Assist in statutory and internal HR compliance requirements.Qualifications & Skills :
Post graduation; MBA in Human resources.3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably supporting sales or field teams.Strong coordination and organizational abilities.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (HRMS / HRIS).Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
