Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Service Specialist, based in Bengaluru with the flexibility of some remote work. The Sales and Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing sales support, and delivering high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, offering training and assistance on products, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide Training and support on products
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
