WNS is hiring for an International Airlines - Back Office - customer service process.

Walk-in Drive at both Vikhroli & Thane office's on 30th & 31st OCT.

Role : Customer Support Representative (Email Process)

Shift : Rotational shifts including night shifts

Week-offs : 1 rotational week off

Pick up & Drop facilities provided

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Draft professional emails to resolve customer queries and complaints.

✅ Deliver exceptional customer service while handling sensitive issues.

✅ Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns in line with airlines service standards.

Required Skills :

• ️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ️ Strong email drafting and comprehension abilities.
• ️ Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.

Graduate candidates with 6+ months of customer service / email support experience are welcome to apply!
