Our mission is simple : to empower the people who power travel — by making sense of complexity and amplifying diverse voices across one of the world’s most vital industries.

About the Role

We’re looking for a  Founder’s Office  who can help build Quests from the ground up — someone who thrives on structure, loves media, and knows how to make things move smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with editorial, marketing, and business teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly — from planning content drops to coordinating campaigns, managing timelines, tracking progress, and solving the small hiccups that come with any growing venture.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to sit at the intersection of  media, operations, and strategy , and grow into a leadership position as Quests scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Track tasks and dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and proactively flag issues
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Assist in setting up workflows, processes, and documentation as we scale
  • Help track engagement metrics and audience insights to inform editorial planning
  • Provide general operational support to the team

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in a  media / news / magazine / digital publishing environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills — you’re the kind who keeps things running on time
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities
  • A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to fix
  • Create a job alert for this search
