Senior Officer - Industrial Sales

Job description

• Resolves day-to-day sales issues from the process to maximize sales and achieve target budget.
• Monitoring overdue / outstanding and payment collection from the customers.
• Checks and modifies the customers order based on requirement.
• Updates technical / SCPC of fresh requirement, technical issues etc on regular bases.
• Monitors stock level and liquidation of SM / NM Stock.
• Trouble shoots day-to-day sales issues at the customers place
• Analyses and highlights to the Area sales Manager complex Sales / technical issues.
• Plans and visits the customer vendor sites for resolution of routine Sales issues.
• Monitors, checks and documents payments, bill details, overdue, short payment, delivery status.
• Liaise with TSS person in smooth operation of paint Line.
• Reduce NM / SM stock, forecasting regular orders in system and introduce new shade trial runs
