Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead high-level negotiations and close complex deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on customer needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and report regularly on pipeline and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Mentor and support junior sales representatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5–10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-starter with high energy and an entrepreneurial mindset.Ability to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications :
