6+ Yrs Exp mechanical design engineer. Preferably from Fire products design.

Must have atleast 6 yrs exp in Product design.

Creating concepts, mechanisms, coordinating Prototypes., FOT approvals, Production process awareness.

Component Lifecycle management exposure

Proficient in Injection molding design, Sheet metal designs and Castings

Plastic material knowledge / selection criteria and application knowledge

Good knowledge on Manufacturing process.

Hands-on expertise in 3D modelling preferably Solidworks or Creo

FEM simulation (atleast static) experience is preference,

Good knowledge and practical experience in GD&T applications.

Process knowledge of ECN / ECR and SAP PDM knowledge.

Experience in Pneumatics and fluid dynamics is preferred.

Very strong in first principles and fundamentals

Mold and Tooling design knowledge is preferred
