Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven SEO Manager to take ownership of our organic growth efforts.
This role will focus on implementing SEO strategies that improve search engine visibility, grow high-quality traffic, and increase lead conversion across web properties.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building, as well as working with product and dev teams to deliver scalable growth improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
SEO Strategy & Execution :
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metricsorganic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
On-Page Optimization :
Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure for improved visibility.Work closely with content writers to ensure keyword relevance and SEO-friendly formatting.Maintain SEO hygiene across all pages and templates (category, product, blog, etc.Technical SEO :
Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices around speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and mobile UX.Monitor and resolve crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and sitemap issues using tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.Link-Building & Off-Page SEO :
Develop and implement ethical link-building strategies to increase domain authority.Identify and pursue PR and guest posting opportunities.Monitor backlink profile and manage toxic link disavowals.Content Collaboration :
Support content planning with SEO-driven topic research and intent analysis.Help create and maintain content calendars for blog, landing pages, and educational content.Tools & Reporting :
Use tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.Prepare monthly SEO performance dashboards and share insights with stakeholders.Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.Hands-on expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing fixes.Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and content teams.Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of data visualization and reporting.Familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.47 years of SEO experience (in-house or agency).Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and ranking improvements.Experience in fast-paced startups, e-commerce, or D2C brands preferred.Nice to Have :
