Role Summary
A multi-disciplinary marketer who can set direction and run the playbook across brand, content, and performance. You’ll turn medical expertise into simple, trusted narratives, grow organic presence, and build a predictable demand engine in a startup-scaling environment.
Key Objectives
1. Align the team with ALIV’s goals for awareness, audience education, and expansion.
2. Act as strategist + mentor, enabling efficient, collaborative execution.
3. Own end-to-end planning → execution → optimization with measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities
1) Strategy & Planning
- Build a marketing roadmap (short + long term) with budgets and targets.
- Design campaign frameworks for awareness, qualified leads, and perspective shifts (myths vs facts, safety, outcomes).
- Create city-specific plans for new locations (regional language & audience nuances).
- Track trends in regenerative medicine, wellness, and healthcare marketing.
2) Team Leadership & Coordination
Run weekly huddles; set priorities, remove blockers, enforce timelines.Coach creators / editors; give clear briefs and actionable feedback.Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and shared success.3) Execution Oversight
Guard brand voice, ethics, and compliance in all content / campaigns.Approve final creatives, copies, landing pages; step in for proofing / campaign setup when needed.Lead influencer / partner collaborations aligned with ALIV’s values.4) KPI Management & Optimization
Define metrics : traffic, engagement, qualified leads, consult bookings, ROAS / CAC.Review GA4 / UTMs / CRM dashboards weekly; run A / B tests (hooks, creatives, LPs).Implement corrective actions; report weekly / monthly / quarterly to CEO.5) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with the medical team for scientific accuracy and responsible claims.Align with CEO on positioning and expansion goals.Support HR on marketing hiring / training needs.Key Deliverables
