- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for product engineering and, ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates.

- Possess a strong understanding of product engineering principles, relevant technologies, and typical role requirements.
- Recruit talent specifically for SaaS, or product development companies, leveraging industry knowledge to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to gain a thorough understanding of role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly
- Identify and implement the most effective sourcing and recruitment methods to attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct sourcing activities across multiple platforms, including job portals, LinkedIn, and proprietary databases.
- Perform comprehensive screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and timely MIS reports on candidate submissions, interview progress, and hiring outcomes.
