Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for product engineering and, ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for product engineering and, ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates.
  • Contribute in recruiting for product engineering .
  • Possess a strong understanding of product engineering principles, relevant technologies, and typical role requirements.
  • Recruit talent specifically for SaaS, or product development companies, leveraging industry knowledge to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to gain a thorough understanding of role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly
  • Identify and implement the most effective sourcing and recruitment methods to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct sourcing activities across multiple platforms, including job portals, LinkedIn, and proprietary databases.
  • Perform comprehensive screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and timely MIS reports on candidate submissions, interview progress, and hiring outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong technical understanding & recruitment expertise in Product Engineer.
  • Proficient in using various recruitment portals, job boards, and hiring platforms to source and attract candidates.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and proactive individual with a strong drive for results.
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all recruitment activities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets and earn performance-based incentives.
  • Please Note- Prior experience working with Product Engineering clients is required.
