Job Summary :
The Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, growing, and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing customized wealth solutions, financial advice, and investment products tailored to client profiles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Offer customized investment and banking solutions based on client needs and risk appetite.
- Deepen relationships by cross-selling wealth management products like mutual funds, insurance, structured products, and loans.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and monitor financial goals of clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies while servicing clients.
- Maintain high service standards and provide prompt resolution to client queries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, investment advisory, operations) for seamless client servicing.
- Generate leads through networking, references, and market intelligence.
- Achieve business targets on revenue, client acquisition, and product penetration.
