Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage banking and investment relationships, driving overall growth of liabilities and investment business from branch and retail customers.
- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing service levels that exceed client expectations in the most important customer segments.
- Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and grow business volumes to increase share of customer wallet by generating incremental business.
- Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, investments, and other products.
- Increase CASA balance in the allocated portfolio through deepening existing relationships or acquiring new customers.
- Prospect and acquire new NRI customers through multiple channels including referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients by understanding their financial goals and offering personalized banking solutions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on NRI banking products and services such as NRE / NRO accounts, remittances, investments, and wealth management solutions.
