Job Title : Performance Marketing Manager

Should have good exposure of product management, sales & communication development and should have demonstrated skills in managing successful brand campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute Pureit's D2C strategy (website & WhatsApp) aligned with the overall business goals
2. Prepare the digital roadmap for the brand : Define & implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with brand & business goals
3. Plan annual / quarterly digital campaigns to support product launches, promotions
4. Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, affiliate networks
5. Manage SEO, paid search, display ads and influencer-led campaigns to drive traffic, sales & consumer engagement : track & improve keyword rankings, organic traffic & engagement metrics
6. Oversee the performance, design & optimization of brand's D2C website : Co-ordinate with tech & content agencies to ensure seamless & engaging user experience for better engagement & conversion
7. Track & report KPIs such as CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, CPL, repeat purchase rate, Customer Lifetime Value, analyze data to inform decisions on promotions, pricing & UX
8. Improve customer journeys through personalization, loyalty programs
