About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners that align with the company’s target audience and brand values.

Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms, and incentives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates and provide ongoing support and communication.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong network of publishers or proven contacts with publishers for campaign delivery.

Experience with affiliate marketing software and tools, including tracking links, creatives, and reporting.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and online customer acquisition.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Google Analytics.
