Job descriptionBachelor degree / masters degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Designing 6-10 years of extensive experience in project management 1-3 years of Team handling experience Strong communicator, ability to handle multi functional activity & pressure in the execution process Overall good at coordination and management skills, escalation handling Extensive knowledge of modular furniture installation processes
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages team of Project Manager, Measurement Executives and Site Supervisor who are responsible for installation
- Planning and Scheduling the installation as per the delivery timeline
- Ensuring all the stakeholder communication are done on timely manner
- Has full authority for personnel actions
- Step up and intervene if any project is deviating from the plan and handle client escalations
- Train the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity and improve the Net Promoter Score
