We are seeking a skilled Installation & Service Engineer to join our team at a leading Door Windows Company in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of door and window systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair door and window systems at customer sites.
Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Keep accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer feedback for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
Adhere to safety regulations and best practices during installations and repairs.

Skills and Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in installation and service of door and window products.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of various door and window systems and installation techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with safety standards and regulations relevant to installation work.

Education

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
