We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative products designed to help small businesses grow. In this role, you’ll own the complete product lifecycle — from ideation and research to launch and iteration. Your ability to balance user needs with business goals, combined with strong analytical and communication skills, will be critical to driving success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Market Research : Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to identify user needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation.
• Product Roadmap : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business priorities and long-term vision.
• Requirement Gathering : Partner with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to define detailed product requirements rooted in user pain points and outcomes.
• Prioritization : Assess and prioritize product features and enhancements based on impact, value, and technical feasibility.
• Feature Definition : Develop clear product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide engineering and design teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development cycle, ensuring clarity, speed, and alignment.
• User Experience : Champion a user-first approach, ensuring that each release enhances usability and delivers real value.
• Launch & Iteration : Lead go-to-market efforts, track performance post-launch, collect feedback, and continuously improve the product.
• Data-Driven Insights : Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success, inform strategy, and drive decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain transparent and proactive communication about progress, timelines, and trade-offs with all stakeholders.
