Roles and Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on business goals and market needs.

Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with detailed workflows, wireframes, and user journeys.

Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement UI / UX screens, ensuring seamless user experience.

Develop and maintain workflow diagrams for patient journeys, claim processes, and telehealth interactions.

Ensure integration with APIs, EHRs, and healthcare data systems while maintaining compliance

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate product functionality, and iterate based on feedback.

Monitor key metrics like user engagement, retention, and health outcomes to refine product strategy.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, operations) to drive product adoption and improvements.

Requirements Certification

like CSPO / CCBA / PBA would be advantageous.

A minimum of Three years' experience in healthcare industry.

Understanding Clinical Workflows and operations.

Acquainted with Medical terminologies and processes.

Strong requirement elicitation skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Acumen for Screen design, mock screens, wireframes.

Strong attention to details and technicalities.

Excellent organizational and technical skills.

Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Expected Educational Qualification

A Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BDS / BPT), MBA in Healthcare / Hospital Management or equivalent
