Position : Product Manager

Experience : 5+ Years

Role Summary :

This role manages the entire product lifecycle market research, concept creation, design coordination, prototyping, testing, and product launch. Candidate must have strong knowledge of hardware, architectural fittings, wardrobe / kitchen systems, materials, finishes, and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities :

Product roadmap & market study

New product development (concept → launch)

Technical specs, drawings, cost & quality control

Coordination with R&D, design, purchase & plant

Sales / marketing alignment for GTM & training

Track product performance & improvements

Must Have :

Strong NPD experience in premium hardware segment

Technical understanding of materials / processes

Ability to read drawings & prepare product specs

Good communication & project ownership
