Job Summary
The Executive HR / Client Coordinator will manage core HR functions and act as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional presence. T he candidate must be fluent in English.

HR Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance reports, compliance documents, and HR files.
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and HR policy implementation.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Client Coordination Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and ensure timely communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery.
- Prepare and share client reports, updates, and documentation.
- Maintain client follow-up logs and handle meeting scheduling and escalations.
- Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle documentation.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business communication.
- Support management in daily operations and cross-team coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HR, client servicing, or coordination roles (preferred).Fluent in English (written and verbal).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Key Attributes
