Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with internal communication, including drafting emails, announcements, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Help maintain and organize HR documentation, such as employee records.
• Support employee engagement efforts, including helping to plan and organize events, activities, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling HR meetings,Provide support in tracking employee attendance, leaves, and other related records.
• Assist in preparing onboarding materials and supporting new hires during their onboarding process.
• Offer overall administrative assistance to the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
