Job Role : We are looking for an HR Manager who can lead and manage all aspects of HR operations. The ideal candidate will come with strong healthcare industry experience and a proven track record of managing end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with business and clinical leaders to understand workforce needs and drive effective hiring plans.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and ensure a strong, positive work culture across clinics.
- Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and HR analytics.
- Drive learning, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.5–7 years of experience in HR, within hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare setupsStrong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and HRMS tools.Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.Passion for making a positive impact in the women’s health space is a plus.
