Position : Medical Coder (HCC )

About the Role

Cybertrack is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Coders specializing in HCC. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals with a passion for accuracy and a drive to excel in the field of medical coding.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate coding.

Assign codes for diagnoses and procedures

Ensure compliance with medical coding guidelines and standards.

Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data.

Collaborate with the team to improve coding processes and accuracy.

Stay updated on changes in coding regulations and payer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Must possess a Medical Coding Certification such as CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent.

Experience :

06 month to 2.5 yrs experience.

Skills Required :

Strong understanding of HCC coding.

Knowledge of medical terminologies and anatomy.

Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
