About the Role

We are hiring Junior Medical Coders to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in medical coding who are passionate about building a career in the healthcare industry. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to help you excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and interpret patient medical records for accuracy.
  • Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient health information in line with HIPAA standards.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to ensure coding accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Experience : Fresher.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
