Qualifications :

• ⁠Drive consistently profitable performance across all paid marketing channels by maintaining strong ROAS and conversion efficiency.
• Ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads that meet the company’s qualification benchmarks and contribute to monthly sales targets.
• Develop and execute a continuous creative testing strategy, including new ad copies, visuals, and formats, to improve campaign outcomes.
• Conduct daily campaign optimisation through budget reallocation, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and performance-based scaling.
• Deliver clear and actionable performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
• Implement ongoing A / B testing of campaigns, audiences, and landing experiences to achieve incremental improvements in cost efficiency and conversion quality.
