We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. This role plays a crucial part in crafting high-impact casino games for our global audience. As a Team Lead at Aristocrat, you will work closely with a skilled group of artists, technical artists, game designers, developers, and test engineers. Our studio focuses on quality, individual ownership, and appreciates engineers who take pride in their work. What You'll Do

• Analyze game requirements with technical leads and game designers to ensure flawless execution
• Develop slot games for diverse cabinets and markets, maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery
• Engage in coding, code reviews, unit testing, memory profiling, and other code hygiene processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate art and complex game mathematics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across different markets
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless game performance
• Continuously refine development processes and contribute to the studio's standard methodologies
