Semi-Senior Associate

• Lead U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance (Forms 5471, 926, 851).
• Compute deferred taxes, B&O excise taxes, and state apportionment workpapers.
• Summarize Stock based compensation reports and calculate state sales tax accruals.
• Manage tax trackers, monitor notices, and support capital loss valuation allowance analysis.
• Perform reconciliation analysis and ensure consistency between NetSuite and Looker.
• Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisioning.
