Description

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 3-6 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the job market landscape in India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the Indian job market
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Indian job market
  • Strong understanding of Indian job market trends, including compensation, benefits, and talent availability
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
